Seaton has partnered with YoKid and will be offering yoga for this winter’s afterschool enrichment class. The class is tailored for PK3-K students enrolled in the afterschool program. The cost is $65 and will include eight sessions. The class will meet every Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
The YoKid yoga program allowes pre-schoolers to learn yoga in a fun creative environment. Through music, games, songs and stories, kids will learn traditional and non-traditional yoga poses. Breathing and relaxation techniques are integrated into all classes.
To register your child, click here and sign up under Seaton Elementary School. Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Spots are limited, so make sure you sign up early. The class will start on Feb. 3.
