Mental Health Services

Overview of Services

The Seaton Mental Health Team provides a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). MTSS is designed to help us identify struggling students early and intervene quickly. It focuses on the “whole child.” That means it supports academic growth, but many other areas, too. These include behavior, social and emotional needs, and absenteeism (not attending school).

Through MTSS, we provide support classroom/school-wide (Tier 1), in small groups (Tier 2), or as an individual (Tier 3).

Accessing Services

If you would like your child to receive services, please fill out the Mental Health Team Referral. Once a referral is filled out, our mental health team will review it and assign a team member to conduct an intake. They will then determine what can be done to best support the student.

To learn more about our team, the services we offer, and our resource library, explore the tabs under the Mental Health Services page!
