Support The Seaton PTO
The Seaton Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is a nonprofit group of parents, teachers and staff dedicated to improving the educational experience of all students at Seaton Elementary School. Seaton is a vibrant Title I public school in D.C.’s Shaw neighborhood. It serves one of the most diverse student bodies in D.C., with additional supports for families learning English or experiencing poverty or homelessness, and for children with special learning needs.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Seaton Elementary PTO uses 100% of its funds to support the school community, with classroom supplies, field trips, library books, materials for the Seaton Garden, food security efforts, and events like Multicultural Day, movie nights, potlucks, Field Day, and so many more. The below chart provides more detail on how our current budget will utilize your donations. For the 2024-2025 school year, we are also hoping to expand our budget to include field trips for each grade level and afterschool enrichment.
