Our garden is looking better than ever, full of happy vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruit, thanks to the hard work of students, teachers, and families this spring. Over the summer break, we need help to keep the garden healthy and to make sure it is ready for kids to jump right back into outdoor learning when we return to school in late August.
Summer garden jobs include:
- weeding
- watering
- mosquito treatment
- mowing the grass
Perks:
- harvest some fresh produce for your family!
- access to fun, hands-on, free summer learning for your kids!
Fill out the contact form below if you are interested in signing up to help out. We are working to put together a garden volunteer calendar to keep us organized and to make sure that all of the jobs get done.
Ms. Sarah will be in the garden after school Wednesday June 15 and Thursday June 16 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Families interested in summer work are welcome to stop by and get oriented!
