Seaton Elementary was proud to host International Day on May 26th. Seaton is a very diverse school; our families and staff represent over 35 countries around the world! International Day was a way for our community to celebrate our ever-growing diversity.

We began the celebration with a “Parade of Nations” around the neighborhood. During the International Day Program students from three-years-old to eleven-years-old prepared performances to showcase our different cultures. After the program, students, staff and families enjoyed tasting foods from all of the different countries.

Leading up to International Day each class was assigned a country to study. Additionally, each class participated in a door decorating contest to engage and educate our school community on their country.

Seaton would like to thank all of the families, students, and staff members who dedicated their time, money, effort, and delicious food to make International Day such a memorable event.
